Responsibilities
âą Monitors for and identifies threats, trends, and incidents impacting The company
âą Detailed report writing on critical incident escalation.
âą Handles sensitive information with limited supervision.
âą Consults on policy, procedure, and control development.
âą Coordinates security guards as needed.
âą Monitors access control systems and responds to alarms.
âą Liaises with emergency services.
âą Conducts open-source research.
âą Supports timely completion of business processes.
âą Participates in process improvement.
âą Contributes to a positive work environment.
âą Enhances knowledge and participates in knowledge transfer.
âą Participates in personal performance management.
Qualifications
âą Minimum 2 years' experience in a 911 Call Centre, Central Station Alarm Monitoring, or similar environment.
âą Ability to work in a 24-hour department; shift work experience preferred.
âą Strong customer service and communication skills; call center experience preferred.
âą Strong documentation, investigative, and report writing skills.
âą Intermediate computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
âą Strong attention to detail.
âą Bilingual (French/English).
âą Ability to prioritize tasks and work with competing priorities.
âą Ability to collaborate and work independently.
