Our client, a recognized player in the field of applied research for mineral processing, is looking for a strong, versatile Executive Assistant with exceptional interpersonal skills — someone who can anticipate needs, manage priorities with ease, and maintain composure with poise (yes, we’re talking about the famous iron fist in a velvet glove 🧤💪).

Responsibilities
Bilingual Executive Assistant - Contract - Quebec City
✔ Executive calendar management
✔ Organization and support of an English-speaking Board of Directors
✔ Preparation and follow-up of administrative files
✔ Communication and coordination with the leadership team
✔ Planning of Board subcommittee meetings
✔ Development and maintenance of internal relationships
✔ Use of internal tech tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Qualifications
Bilingual Executive Assistant - Contract - Quebec City
✔ Strong understanding of board operations
✔ Previous experience supporting executive leadership
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Comfortable with SharePoint, Teams, and ideally some AI tools
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required)
✔ Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and discretion
