Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:

- Operate sit-down, reach, and order picker forklifts
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments
- Stock and organize materials in the warehouse
- Use internal systems (Kent, Home Depot Supplier Hub, Lowes Link)
- Print shipping documents and coordinate delivery with carriers
- Support customer service for returns
- General warehouse upkeep and related duties

Qualifications
Requirements:

✔ Valid external forklift license
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse role
✔ Strong verbal and written communication in French and English
✔ Computer literacy (data entry and reporting)
✔ SAP knowledge is an asset
✔ Team player, punctual, organized, and efficient
