Start Date: Monday, March 25th
Remote
Pay: $21.30/ hour
Contract for 3 weeks (potential for extension)
Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday rotational shifts between the following 3 shifts:
8:00 am- 4:30 pm
11 am- 7:30 pm
2:30 pm- 11:00 pm
Training on March 25th will begin promptly at 9:30 am
Equipment not provided - must have PC, headset, and private workspace

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers
- Providing customers with details about their benefits coverage
- Routing calls to the appropriate department
- Updating customer's accounts after every transaction
- Pass along escalations
- Provide top not service on every day
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French & English
= Excellent communication skills ( written and spoken in both languages
- Call center experience
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC
- Professional and team player
