Randstad is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in North York. This is a chance to use your skills to make a real impact while working from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat
- Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
