Position: Bilingual FRENCH Customer Service Representative
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday in Office
Salary: $26-28/hour
Location: Brampton

Responsibilities
- Answering calls and emails – be the friendly voice our clients adore.
- Providing exceptional customer service – happy clients are our priority.
- Order entry and processing – ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
- Assisting with logistics and order fulfillment – making sure everything arrives on time.

Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven customer service experience – you know how to make people happy.
- Exceptional communication skills – you can connect with anyone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel – spreadsheets are your friend.
- Experience with order management systems is a bonus!
- Excellent typing skills and keyboard shortcuts – efficiency is key!
