Randstad is thrilled to partner with a leader in financial solutions to find a highly motivated Collections Agent to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote OR hybrid position offering a fantastic opportunity for career growth within a reputable organization. This is a 10 month contract with the potential for advancement.
Type: 10 month contract
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Availability: Regular Business Hours
Location: Remote OR Hybrid options

Responsibilities
-Daily review of arrears and identify any trending activities.
-Review all new information received from borrowers and update internal systems as required.
- Inbound and outbound calls to and from all borrowers and related parties to cure arrears.
- Work directly with borrowers in mitigating further arrears and determine the best workout
solutions within insurer guidelines.
-Send appropriate notification regarding returned payments and/or arrears notification to
borrowers.
-Collaborate and partner with other departments to support daily operations.
-Protect private and confidential information.
Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in call centre collections
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel and SharePoint
- Experience with IVR systems, nice to have
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
-High attention to detail
