Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries regarding Payroll, Pension, Benefits, Vacation, and HR Policy.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex employee issues via phone, email, and chat, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
- System Navigation: Support the adoption of HR technology and assist with password resets and system-related questions.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions for reporting and follow-up, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a 90% First Call Resolution (FCR) rate while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual ( French and English) Employees will be ffrom the entire province of Canada
- 2+ years Experience in Payroll, Benefits, HR, or Business Administration.
- Previous call center experience is a must, ideally with Dayforce and SAP expertise.
- Experience navigating HR/Payroll systems; Dayforce and SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 3–4 month contract.
