Adherence to Standards: Develop all materials in alignment with the program’s learning curriculum, blueprint, and established brand L&D standards.
Project Management: Meet strict timeline deliverables and key milestones as defined in the project plan.
Maintenance & Quality: Update and refine learning content based on feedback from the Learning Lead and SMEs to ensure training sustainment and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement.
Instructional Design Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong foundation in Adult Learning Principles and L&D methodologies.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Eleven Labs (AI Text to Speech). Strong MS Office 360 skills are required.
System Experience: Proven experience developing content for technology or system users. While not required, previous experience with SAP or ERP transformations is a significant asset.
Communication Skills: The ability to synthesize complex technical information into plain-language, accessible content for a non-technical audience.
