Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Leasing Technician, your daily routine will be driven by the following missions:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for commercial lease management and leasing activities.
- Prepare official documents such as lease offers, addenda, and renewal agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, brokers, and various business partners.
- Update real estate databases and specialized platforms to ensure the visibility of available spaces.
- Produce performance reports and tracking charts for the Vice-Presidency’s ongoing projects.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize the executive team's efficiency.
Qualifications
To shine in this Bilingual Leasing Technician role, you must possess:
- A college diploma (DEC) in office technology, secretarial studies, or a recognized equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sector or within a legal department.
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- A strong ability to learn quickly and natural ease with various software and digital tools.
- Contagious dynamism and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure.
- Exemplary rigor and attention to detail when managing complex administrative files.
