Responsibilities
• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities for equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with the annual physical inventory process.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely transactions in inventory management systems.
• Monitor and resolve logistics-related issues, including purchase order (PO), return merchandise authorization (RMA), and return to vendor (RTV) discrepancies.
• Coordinate manual work orders (MWOs) and follow through on completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee and respond to communications through logistics-related mailboxes and platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination.
• Operate a forklift or other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems is an asset.
• Ability to lift and move packages/equipment as required.
• Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
