Salary: $17.90/hr

Responsibilities
- Report to the assigned branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
- Prepare paper documents filed in the branch for digitization.
- Scan paper documents using a copier/scanner.
- Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy and ensure they meet business requirements.
- Manage files in the branch and ensure they are secured in their designated locations.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the management teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Comfortable operating a photocopier/scanner
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Document filing experience is an asset
