YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to management, you will play a key role in daily administrative support. Your tasks include:
Proactive management of emails and phone calls. Full management of orders and basic billing. Data entry: Accurate entry of information into our systems. Technical support: Assisting the estimating and bidding team in preparing documents.

Salary: $23 to $24 / hour.

Stability: A fast track from a temporary to a permanent position.

Qualifications
The position is based in Anjou and requires:
High proficiency with IT tools (MS Office Suite and ERP software).

A positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
