Working hours: 7am – 3pm
Locations: (Montreal + Laval), the office manager will be required to work at both locations each week. Two days at each location per week would be preferred. Remote work is possible, with Director approval.

Responsibilities
•Respond quickly to customer requests and complaints in a comprehensive manner, providing effective solutions
•Collaborate with other members of management to set up and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
•Participate in the entire hiring process of new employees in collaboration with the dedicated recruiter and the HR integration team
•Manage the local accounts payable (A/P) process, including creating purchase orders, verifying invoices, and communicating with local suppliers and corporate accounting
•Manage the local accounts receivable (A/R) process by ensuring that all invoices are issued accurately and in a timely manner
•Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as safety rules and regulations
•Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, including payroll, production, and shipping and receiving
•Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including sorting and processing mail, answering phone calls, updating company bulletin boards, and dispatching drivers
•Order and maintain office supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and first aid inventory
•Support operations by planning and carrying out administrative projects as required
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Four-year university degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience is an asset
•Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
•Ability to manage demanding deadlines
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
•Must be at least 18 years of age
•Previous experience in the manufacturing and/or transportation sectors is an asset
•Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
