Qualifications
Fully bilingual (English/French) is required. At least 1 year of contact center experience and 5-7 years of customer service experience are essential. Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and analytical skills are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. A university degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Prior experience with SLAs and AML is a plus.
