Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Execute general to specialized transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Documentation & Quality Control: Meticulously compare documentation and perform necessary corrections to ensure data integrity.
Operational Support: Support internal partners with incoming transactions, validating information and performing adjustments within authority levels.
Risk & Compliance: Adhere to enterprise frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity protocols, while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data.
Process Improvement: Participate in daily 15-minute huddles and identify opportunities to streamline service delivery or improve operating models.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities to the appropriate function to ensure service quality is maintained.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Professional-level fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an operations or back-office environment. Experience in trade processing or with cash products (Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Forwards) is a significant asset.
Technical Skills: Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills are a must).
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
