Responsibilities
Co-Pay Assistance Coordination: Process financial co-payment assistance requests for patients, pharmacies, and physicians; coordinate directly with accounting teams and third-party payment administrators to ensure accurate, timely electronic transaction processing.
Program & Data Auditing: Audit, maintain, and generate business location reports; proactively identify and resolve administrative discrepancies, error check data, and keep cross-functional team files updated.
General Administration: Manage incoming program mail, type correspondence, draft client presentations, manage calendar appointments, and maintain organized digital filing systems.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise frequently with Program Managers to ensure all Co-Pay Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and workload issues are efficiently resolved.
Safety & Compliance: Promote professional working relationships while complying with all health policies and safety guidelines; accurately flag and report all programmatic Adverse Events (AEs) to assigned compliance units.
Qualifications
Language Requirement: Fluent professional bilingualism (English/French, oral and written). This role requires bilingualism to serve a national patient base and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role within a pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance setting.
Technical Fluency: In-depth, advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a proven accuracy track record when entering large amounts of data.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong mathematical and financial acumen combined with precise analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities; ability to resolve workflow and payment processing issues quickly.
Superb organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
Education: Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training.
