Location: Ottawa, ON(Onsite)
Salary: $21.74/Hour
Duration: 10 months (Possibility of Extension)

Responsibilities
Resource responsible for managing all third-party print.
Tracking any print projects going out to suppliers on behalf of the client
Printing mostly posters/menus/book binding/university material
Review client specifications – produce quotes for printing jobs
Invoicing – maintain excel spreadsheet with projects invoices and costs
Help with the front counter – student and faculty that come in for printing, address their needs and requests
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience in the printing space
Experience in quoting print jobs
Experience in print procurement (nice to have)
Bilingual (must have)
Strong communicator (will liaise with faculty members/students/ marketing team, third party suppliers)
