Location: Valcourt, QC (Onsite)
Salary: $21.23/Hour
Duration: 11 months (Possibility of Extension)

Responsibilities
•Act as the main point of contact to receive client requests, provide estimates, schedule and monitor production.
•Responsible for invoicing printing services performed at the digital print centre using a dedicated web application (training provided).
•Maintain monthly report logs and data for billing purposes.
•Track specific orders using Excel tools.
•Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies.
•Resolve basic issues to meet production and delivery requirements.
•Willingness and ability to learn and develop new skills.
•Ability to operate digital printing equipment (an asset).
•Use standard finishing equipment (cutters, binders, laminators, hole punchers).
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of paper).
Qualifications
Required Skills:
•Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
•Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel.
•Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (an asset).
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a print centre or service delivery setting.
Education:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Post-secondary training or technological experience.
