Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism.
- Prepare data and files according to procedures.
- Track activities to optimize workflows.
- Support the administrative team in ad-hoc tasks.
- Participate in process improvements and projects.
- Distribute mail as needed.
- File documents according to standards and deadlines.
- Manage phone coverage and call routing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingualism (French/English)
