Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and route inquiries efficiently.
- Set up and organize meeting rooms for the team.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the department or office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, office work, or administration.
- Bilingualism required (French/English).
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism, autonomy, strong ability to multitask, and client experience.
- High school diploma completed.
