• Full end-to-end recruitment support and consultation for a designated business line.

• Conduct in-person interviews and provide support throughout the interview process.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral-based interviews.
• Strong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets.

• Strong client service orientation.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
