Are you an experienced Bilingual Recruiter with a background in talent acquisition across Ontario and Quebec? Our client, a prominent organization within the retail industry, is currently seeking a French/English Bilingual Recruiter for a 3 month remote contract. This position is well-suited for a professional who is personable, proactive, and prepared to contribute meaningfully from the outset. Full bilingual proficiency in French and English is required, along with a solid understanding of regional recruitment practices in both provinces.
In this role, you'll be responsible for completing the full cycle recruitment process for the company, home office departments by partnering with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs and collaborating with local talent acquisition teams and global partners on project initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Leads the full-cycle recruitment process by understanding business and talent needs to meet hiring timelines.
-Manages sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for Home Office, Field, and Loss Prevention roles, ensuring SLA compliance.
-Collaborates with the TA Sourcing team and HR partners to leverage recruitment channels, promote employer brand, and enhance candidate experience.
-Analyzes recruitment metrics, reports findings, and provides insights to leadership. Identifies process improvement opportunities and mentors junior team members.
-Stays informed on industry trends and supports assigned projects.
Qualifications
-Fully bilingual in French and English – written and verbal
-Atleast 1 year of recruitment experience
-Proven ability to recruit in Ontario and Quebec
-Takes initiative, works well independently, and adapts quickly
