👉 We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in supporting day-to-day staffing activities.
Advantages
- Hourly Rate: $27.42
- Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week onsite
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting positions to various job boards and campus career sites.- Maintain accurate documentation on candidates, interview schedules, and other recruiting activities using an applicant tracking system (ATS).- Schedule interviews and arrange candidate travel.- Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.- Assist in screening resumes and sourcing candidates.- Assist with onboarding tasks, as needed.- Special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Experience with legal contracts and Workday is an asset.
