In this pivotal role, you will be the conductor for hiring cohorts, ensuring a seamless experience for both managers and external partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual looking to thrive in a high-volume environment within the banking sector.
Advantages

- Pay Rate: $24.00 / hour
- Location: Toronto
- Work Mode: Full remote for the moment, switching to hybrid during the contract
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the hiring cohort classes for the financial advice centre.
- Assist hiring managers with the initial setup of staffing requests.
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate candidate submissions.
- Enter offers and contract details into the Vendor Management System (VMS - Beeline).
- Maintain project status updates for all involved parties.
- Analyze recruitment data to support project efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related administrative work. Staffing agency experience is highly preferred.
- Full bilingualism (English and French), verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with a VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar).
- Experience with recruiting and/or onboarding in a high-volume environment.
- Consultative mindset, strong prioritization and organizational skills, cross-team collaboration, and a proactive/curious nature.
