• Input and modify all orders received via fax, phone, and email into the SAP system in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong, "high touch" relationships with brand ambassadors and core accounts.
• Validate sales incentive submissions and process all subsequent redemption orders.
• Manage consignment locations in collaboration with Account Executives to ensure accurate product representation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to create, ship, and invoice orders for special events and trade shows.
• Monitor and resolve sales-support-related Zendesk tickets promptly.
• Educate and train core and key accounts on the use of the B2B website in Canada.
• Manage daily communication flowing through the marketing inbox.
• Identify and rectify shipping inaccuracies, order entry errors, and credit issues.
• Provide backup support for other sales support team members during vacations or absences.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience with SAP software is highly preferred (training is provided).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm with high accuracy.
• 4+ years of advanced experience in customer service or sales support.
• College coursework or a completed degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in a variety of professional business settings.
• Ability to work fully on-site at the Mississauga location, Monday through Friday.
• Technical aptitude to key data into a computer for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrated "team-player" mindset with an openness to feedback and growth.
