Respond to inbound colleague calls/emails; ensure accurate problem documentation/ticketing; provide timely escalation and follow-up; identify and escalate wide-impact outages; identify trends and opportunities for improvement; build ongoing support proficiency.
Qualifications
Fluency in French and English (read, speak, write); above average computing and navigational skills; exceptional customer service skills; good knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint); technical support background or related education; typing speed of at least 30 words per minute; general knowledge of PC hardware. Experience with ticketing systems and a technical degree/IT certification are assets. Candidates must be comfortable using a mobile device for multi-factor authentication.
