Responsibilities
• Supports the Regional Channel Sales Manager & Sales team with development of new
businesses and management of prospective new regional Sport customers.
• Builds strong working relationships with key customers and leverages brand portfolio with
key customers.
• Support Regional Channel Sales Manager & Sales team in the achievement of annual
invoiced sales performances to drive sales for designated accounts.
• Monitors sales teams portfolios to ensure meeting customers requested delivery and fill
rate requirements.
• Coordinate and perform tasks related to order management ensuring quick turnaround –
including but not limited to, creating and processing orders, monitoring order allocation
and fill rates, updating assortment manager tool, etc.
• Ensures best service level from receipt of orders for processing, allocation, and portfolio
management to trouble shooting needed after receipt of deliveries to customers.
• Develop strong relationships externally with the assigned customer, with a focus on
providing excellent service and diffuse with the Best practice.
• Attend and assist at sales & customer meetings, Trade Shows and client
headquarters, etc.
• Provides prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to regional Sport
customers.
• Owns escalated customer contacts and leads the effort to satisfactorily resolve them.
• Owns high-touch accounts at the request of sales leadership.
• Manages incoming and outgoing emails each day for sales team members for specific
regions; 24-48 hour turn-around time
• Supports all incoming phone calls from sales teams and customers
• Supports incoming questions and issues relative to the order entry app, One Sales Suite
• Joins weekly sales team conference calls and works to coordinate resolve of consistent
and common issues across the sales team
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fashion merchandising, Accounting
or related field
• 2+ years related work experience
• Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet
o Must be proficient in excel- intermediate to advanced level
• Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with limited supervision as well as works well
in a team setting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Takes initiative
• Innovative thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and
team
• Places a high priority on responsiveness
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• SAP experience will need to be basic to intermediate.
• Past experience with retail or retail buying
• Microsoft Access experience
