Working remotely most of your time, you will be required to visit sites from time to time or work from one of the Cascades sites. You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Corporate team as the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor :
Be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for salaried positions (white collar) - from identifying the need with the manager and HR ot the offer or hiring.
Act as advisory role to support managers in the recruitment process.
Continue developing your expertise by creating your network, increasing the visibility of your social medias, participating in hiring events, etc.
Ensure a high level of service quality and candidate experience throughout the various stages of recruitment.
Create attractive and relevant job postings and job ads.
Conduct sourcing on networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Work as a team with your talent attraction colleagues to develop the best visibility strategies.

Have a proven track record of recruiting for positions accross Canada and USA.
Recently worked in the recruitment module of SuccessFactors (SAP).
Be bilingual with English as your mother language and French.
Excel in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the best possible candidate experience.
Be an excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy, effectively supporting your managers througout their processes.
Thrive on communication and have a proactive approach to expanding your network and enhancing your talent acquisition expertise.
