We're looking for a fluently bilingual Technical Support Agent to work for one of Canada's biggest retail brands - you'll be supporting the internal employees of the company with their tech issues! This is a full time, permanent job opportunity! You'll need to be able to work from the office in Richmond Hill 5 days/week, and this is a role that requires availability to work 365 days of the year. There are amazing benefits, great perks, and you'll have the ability to grow your career here!

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level system support to retail stores and home office users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, PCs, networks, and more.
- Collaborate with other analysts to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience working in a tier 1 support or helpdesk role
- Bilingual (English and French) written and oral is mandatory
- Flexible availability (must be ok to work rotational shifts between 7 am and 12 midnight)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and remote access software
- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
- Experience with AS400 tech support is an asset
