Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for travel-related services, focusing on cost-efficiency and value.
Negotiate and manage hotel rate sourcing and contracts via CVENT and other tools.
Build and maintain relationships with travel industry stakeholders (hotels, agencies, etc.).
Support employees with travel inquiries and ensure adherence to corporate travel policy.
Analyze travel spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on sourcing needs.
Contribute to reporting, budgeting, and presentations.
Handle additional travel-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in corporate travel sourcing or procurement.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CVENT or similar travel management software and Background in the hotel, airline, car rental, or travel agency industries.
Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
