16H week -Evening Shift: 35h/week, 4pm to 11pm
• Weekend Shift (x3): 16h/week 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, and 3pm to 11pm
• Night Shift (x2): 32h/week & 24h/week, 11pm to 7am.
Advantages
Duration: 1-Year Contract (with strong potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week
Payrate: $25/h
Responsibilities
📞 Dispatching and prioritizing incoming calls, including emergency situations
🧭 Coordinating work orders to optimize response times and service quality
🤝 Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
⚡ Making quick, informed decisions in high-pressure scenarios
🗂️ Managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
💬 Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
👥 Supporting and guiding team members when needed
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual, the person in this role must be fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing). As the person in this role is required to frequently interact with colleagues, stakeholders and clients that do not speak French, a proficient knowledge of English(speaking, reading, writing) is also required.
• Proven strong work ethic while under pressure with minimal direction, and capable of managing priorities and stress
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers
• Professional, resourceful, and initiative-driven
• Good knowledge of IT software
• Previous dispatch experience is an asset
Skills
• Ability to dispatch and prioritize emergency calls efficiently
• Strong analytical skills and excellent priority management
• Capable of working under pressure while handling multiple simultaneous priorities
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and departments
• High level of autonomy and sound decision-making abilities
• Effective complaint handling and resolution skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in supervising and supporting a work team
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work orders to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Reliable and flexible to work evenings, nights, and weekends
