Mail Room Coordination: Collect items from Agropur and deliver to our mail room
- Package Dispatch: Prepare and send out packages via Purolator
- Coffee Service: Manage the coffee machine and fulfill internal orders
Building Support:
- Monitor and report any building-related issues
- Serve as point of contact for emergency concerns and coordinate with Agropur
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and teams
- Basic receptionist skills and functions
- Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with client/coworkers
Nice to have skills:
- Strong team player
- Approachable and friendly
Education : At least HS graduate
Years of Experience: 0-1 years of experience in receptionist role and/or related industries
