Position: Billbacks Administrator
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $25/hr + 4% vacation
Location: Mississauga, ON.
Hybrid: 4 days on site, 1 day work from home
MUST HAVE: ADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL TEST, ASSESSMENT WILL BE PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Responsibilities
- Proactively track and monitor for completeness, the list of required monthly distributor and IDN files (Rebate Claims and Sales Tracings).
- Format and load Files, validate results and process billback claims accurately and on time.
- Assist in error resolution of billbacks and/or sales tracings ensuring data eligibility and data integrity.
- Perform maintenance of ERP backend cross-reference tables (customer, material, unit of measure, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
- Prepare and format variance reports and credit memos in a customer-facing format, including commentary
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system and process efficiency, including system integration, testing, and data accuracy improvement projects.
- Collaborate with business units and operational teams on special projects as required.
- Provide administrative support to other GBS QTC departments as required.
Qualifications
- University degree preferred (college diploma accepted). Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a business or related field program at the university or college level (3rd or 4th year students will be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Word, and intermediate Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Bilingual in French (reading, speaking, and writing) required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; works well under pressure and adapts quickly to change.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
