Responsibilities
-Generate and issue accurate, timely client invoices in line with service agreements
-Track and follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue accounts
-Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues or discrepancies
-Maintain organized billing files and support documentation for audits or internal reviews
-Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment terms professionally and promptly
-Assist the fiance team with other administrative or accounting support as required
Qualifications
-Proven experience in billing
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
-Experience with billing software or ERP systems
