This is a hands-on, institutionally focused billing role with a high volume of operational tasks in a multi-system environment. You will play a key role in preparing and issuing invoices, compiling supporting documentation, and following up on client account collections.

Responsibilities
Prepare institutional management fee invoices and supporting documentation across multiple internal systems (2–3 platforms)
Oversee monthly and quarterly billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Validate, monitor, and follow up on outstanding receivables for selected accounts
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding billing operations
Support data entry and maintenance of client information and fee schedules across systems
Assist team members with assigned tasks and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
Actively participate in internal billing projects and process improvements
Maintain smooth collaboration with other analysts and the billing manager
Bring accuracy, autonomy, and a fast-learning mindset in an environment with limited procedural manuals
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in institutional billing or within financial services firms
Comfortable handling high-volume billing operations
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage shifting priorities
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, advanced filters)
Experience with SAP AR module is a strong asset
Bilingualism (French & English) required, both written and spoken (Franglais work environment, bilingual documentation)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
