Responsibilities
Handle the full billing cycle: data verification, adjustments, and system validation
Support legal assistants and ensure compliance with internal billing procedures
Generate billing follow-up reports (daily, bi-weekly, monthly)
File documentation and assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
DEP or DEC in Accounting or a related field
Previous billing experience (experience in a law firm is a strong asset)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken (approx. 85% of clients are English-speaking)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Team player with a proactive and autonomous approach
