Responsibilities
Handle monthly billing of ongoing projects
Prepare client invoices according to contract terms and deadlines
Correct and update time entries (e.g., transfers, date changes)
Follow up on draft invoices and submit billing electronically
Ensure timely payment collection
Resolve billing issues (e.g., rate errors, write-offs, disbursements)
Prepare tracking reports and billing summaries
Respond to client billing inquiries
Update and adjust project transactions as needed
Review and validate consultant invoices
Perform other related tasks as assigne
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of billing or admin experience in a business or professional services setting
College diploma (DEC) in accounting or related field
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with QuickBooks or Clio is a plus
Excellent communication in both French and English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
Comfortable working under pressure and in a dynamic environment
