Responsibilities
Prepare and issue progress and final invoices based on the progress of the work.
Verify that invoices comply with contracts, purchase orders, and bids.
Work with project managers to validate progress reports.
Monitor accounts receivable and payments received.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers.
Keep project files up to date (addenda, change orders, etc.).
Prepare billing reports and profitability analyses by project.
Participate in month-end closings and year-end audits.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes.
Qualifications
AEC/DEC in Accounting or other relative experience
3-5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Yardi or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an asset)
