Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on contracts and purchase orders
Verify the accuracy of information (prices, quantities, taxes, client codes, etc.)
Follow up on overdue invoices and support the Accounts Receivable department
Process adjustments, credits, and debit/credit notes as needed
Maintain up-to-date client files and billing records
Participate in the monthly reconciliation of revenues and period-end closing
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service departments to resolve discrepancies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes
Qualifications
DEC in Accounting, Administration, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in billing or accounting support
Proficiency with accounting software or ERP
Excellent knowledge of Excel and office productivity tools
Rigor, precision, and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and team spirit
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
