Responsibilities
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the seamless movement of products and the development of our people:
Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and inspire a diverse fulfillment team. You will champion competence development, succession planning, and a work culture rooted in well-being, equality, and inclusion.
Operational Excellence: Secure high customer and co-worker satisfaction by overseeing availability, sustainability, and order fulfillment within an omnichannel scope.
Performance Management: Monitor and improve "Happy Customer" scores and internal performance metrics to ensure the highest standards of service.
Strategic Optimization: Accountable for the quality of fulfillment operations, focusing on productivity, cost optimization, and retail foundations in line with national business plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Commercial and Unit Management teams to implement business-wide improvements and positive change.
Qualifications
Education: University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: 3–5 years of management experience in distribution, retail, or logistics.
Leadership Style: Proven ability to implement change through positive influence and strong collaborative skills.
Language Skills: Perfect command of spoken and written French. Strong English communication skills are required to communicate effectively with international colleagues, clients, and partners outside of Quebec.
Adaptability: Ability to work a flexible schedule (40 hours per week) to support operations, including 1–2 evenings per week and one weekend every two weeks.
