A well-established technical services and maintenance management company is looking for a Service Call Specialist to provide effective and reliable solutions to its clients.
The Service Call Specialist plays a key role in coordinating between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Location: On-site (with flexibility for remote work in the evenings and on weekends)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, daytime schedule
Salary: $48,000 to $52,000 annually
Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
Prioritize and assign requests to the appropriate internal or external resources
Create and track service tickets in our internal system
Follow up on open tickets until the issue is resolved
Prepare and send purchase orders as needed
Work closely with management, accounting, and project teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to services
Support ongoing process improvements in collaboration with leadership
Occasionally participate in an after-hours emergency call rotation
Qualifications
Fully bilingual (English/French) – both written and spoken
Minimum 2 years of experience in a service coordination or call center role
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Strong sense of autonomy and ability to learn quickly
