Responsibilities
-Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
-Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
-Prepare and process payroll, including deductions and remittances.
-Generate monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing.
-Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit purposes.
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
-Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage (or similar platforms).
-Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related tax remittances.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
