Responsibilities
P&L & Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, implement, and monitor the annual budget and strategic business plans, optimizing branch expenses and inventory control.
People Leadership & Coaching: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to direct reports, overseeing performance management, talent development, and local labor relations.
Health & Safety Advocacy: Cultivate a proactive safety-first culture in the field, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, leading incident investigations, and participating in safety audits.
Sales Execution & Client Relations: Drive the branch’s modernization and service contract sales efforts, leading high-value negotiations and fostering deep relationships with key local accounts and commercial partners.
Operational Excellence & Quality: Oversee field operations and project audits to guarantee maximum efficiency, uniform application of preventative maintenance, ISO compliance, and adherence to corporate ethical standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive experience within the elevator/escalator industry or a comparable sector involving capital equipment sales and mechanical service delivery.
Leadership Track Record: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a dedicated supervisory, management, or branch leadership role.
Key Competencies: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking, and a proven ability to lead, persuade, and align diverse teams toward shared goals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to communicate complex corporate strategies clearly across all operational levels.
Strategic Problem Solving: Proven talent for navigating complex commercial agreements, resolving multi-party issues, and embracing operational change.
