Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of an 11,000 sq. ft. facility, providing direct leadership to a dedicated team of six high-performing staff members.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales objectives to expand the local market share within the electrical distribution industry.
- Uphold rigorous accountability standards across the branch to ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Oversee critical administrative functions including payroll processing, inventory management, and the implementation of corporate safety policies.
- Analyze financial metrics and EBITDA reports to develop effective strategies that meet or exceed yearly fiscal targets.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the electrical distribution industry or a related wholesale environment.
- Demonstrate at least 2 to 3 years of proven supervisory or management experience leading diverse teams.
- Show technical proficiency in MS Office applications; prior experience with an AS400 system is considered a strong asset for this role.
- Evidence a background in sales, with the ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as a Reach Truck or Walkie is beneficial, though a valid forklift license is not mandatory.
