Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch)
Salary: $25 to $27 / hour
Training: One full day of job shadowing included to ensure your success

Responsibilities

Coordination: Notify advisors of client arrivals and manage appointment flow via Microsoft Teams.
Client Experience: Prepare and serve beverages; ensure clients are comfortable while waiting.
Meeting Room Logistics: Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all audiovisual equipment is functional before appointments.
Administrative Support: Receive mail and incoming packages.
Qualifications
Impeccable professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office suite.
Experience in high-end customer service (hospitality, corporate reception, or VIP lounges).
High level of discretion and interpersonal tact.
