Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to gather, analyze, and understand functional needs and pain points.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Provide both functional and technical expertise to deliver sustainable, high-quality solutions.
Draft and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications and support runbooks.
Write, read, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support system functionality.
Design and automate test case scenarios to ensure system reliability and regression coverage.
Liaise with development teams located in Europe , Asia and North america to ensure consistent communication and project delivery.
Understand and integrate regulatory requirements into all technical and functional implementations of Loan IQ.
Act as a transversal partner between business and IT, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
Troubleshoot and escalate functional issues, supporting end users such as Sales, Traders, and Front/Middle/Back Office teams.
Manage and support release cycles in coordination with global development teams.
Work closely with global support teams (Europe/Asia) to ensure reliable service and issue resolution.
Deliver tailored training to end users and new team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to standard IT procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the business user community, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a business analyst
Advance SQL experience
Experience with Loan IQ
Understanding of financial products, structured/trade finance
