Responsibilities
Responsibilities include writing and driving the Requirements Strategy and Requirements Package; overseeing approvals gathering; leading, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements with stakeholders; identifying, documenting, and validating current and future state processes; collaborating on delivery, testing, and implementation activities; and applying best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven success in requirements gathering and working in ambiguous environments. Experience with hybrid Agile Product Development Life Cycles (PDLC) is essential. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are crucial. Banking experience, compliance/risk background, and data analysis skills (mapping data flows, data retention, system interactions) are highly desirable. Six Sigma certification and/or experience as a Product Owner (PO) are significant assets. Experience with large/strategic legal/risk initiatives is preferred.
