This is a senior position requiring an individual to lead and mentor more junior Business Analysts. You will operate within a 15-person team supporting a crucial regulatory project ("Compliance Road to Strong"). Your core mandate will be to drive data management and governance efforts across Enterprise Compliance, specifically focusing on Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation and compliance.

DRD Remediation: Support Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation activities, including manual execution of DRD and evidencing procedures.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and assist in assessing, documenting DRD requirements, and supporting the development of related procedures.
Stakeholder Management: Build effective working relationships and manage numerous stakeholder relationships across various business units.
Independent Work: Potentially lead an independent work effort within the broader project scope.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of overall experience, preferably in a Business Analyst role with a focus on Governance and data-centric projects.
Education: Undergraduate degree (UG) required.
Governance Expertise: Proven experience with Governance frameworks, policies, and procedural documentation.
Project Experience: Demonstrated project experience, including managing timelines and robust Risk identification and escalation (Hard Skill 2).
Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in Data analysis and Excel reporting (Hard Skill 3), including the ability to manage and perform manual data steps.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to Manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Independence: Proven track record of Working independently and driving deliverables.
Communication: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership Experience: Prior experience in Leading a team or projects is a significant asset.
