Responsibilities
As a key driver of project success, your daily life will involve:
-Strategic Support: Supporting the strategy to provide [CONFIDENTIAL] transfers, automated exception handling, and single-currency (USD/CAD) solutions.
-Requirement Leadership: Leading detailed requirement phases by identifying, tracking, and resolving complex business system issues.
-Process Engineering: Creating and leading the development of detailed process maps to facilitate gap analysis and requirements gathering.
-Stakeholder Management: Facilitating sessions with business partners to seek input, provide consulting services on new initiatives, and maintain strong professional relationships.
-Project Governance: Managing critical documentation including implementation plans, issues logs, and FTE analysis to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
-Training & Testing: Developing strategic training plans for new business processes and providing essential assistance with business user testing when required.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
-Advanced Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and rectify hurdles impeding large-scale programs.
-Leadership Excellence: Strong team-building and leadership skills to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
-Communication Mastery: High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate and negotiate effectively.
-Adaptability: A track record of managing change effectively in diverse, fast-moving environments.
-Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Math, or Sciences.
-Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the Information Technology field.
